Very rare measure in high-era carpet and perfect state of preservation are the characteristics that make this model truly unique. The large central medallion anticipates the reasons that will become famous thanks to the widespread use of the Laver rugs knotted at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Contrary to what the perfect state of preservation would suggest, the fine knotting, the colors...leggi tutto and the low shaved fleece reveal the age of the carpet to be placed before 1880
