Large Heriz carpet knotted between 1920 and 1950 in North-Western Iran. The carpet has a large central medallion and the more traditional angular elements typical of the ancient Serapi. The fleece is still tall and luminous, it has no quick or worn areas, it has been carefully restored in some small points, it is healthy in the structure and complete both in the heads and in the side border.

We define old knotted carpets interwar or in the next two decades. They still hand spun wool and some vegetable colors. In this group, the earliest manufacturers of the city of Kum (Goom) and Isfahan, characterized by the extreme refinement of the node and the use of silk in both the structure (warp and weft) is in the fleece.
