Giorgio is not a volcanic producer of works of art but a real fluid of matter in constant motion. To understand what springs from his soul we must forget about his personal success, forget about the talented architect and read the suffering given by the passion continually frustrated by the limits dictated by the physics of matter; perpetually dissatisfied, he seeks inspiration within the primordi...leggi tuttoal magma of his soul, searches, moves and kneads. To understand what his form is, he wants it to suggest to him the composition of the work as a whole. All of Palù's artistic production would thus seem aimed at introspection but it is not so. Giorgio, from the chromed surfaces of his steels, spies on himself, looks at himself in a voyeuristic way to find himself and project himself, precious, in the form of an installation. Palù's is a form of highly refined narcissism hidden behind a calm reserve that has led him up to now to shape sculptures in which the aesthetic quantum is seen in a reflected way, can be read discreetly between the folds and springs from the refractions of light that matter treated offers. Knowing that Giorgio is at the same time a blacksmith, carpenter, antiquarian, carpenter and chemist should suggest that he gets what he wants from the material but the truth is another, the material gives him the great privilege of being able to continuously investigate and admire the beauty in the act of growth. Palù, the real father of works, is a demanding, rigorous, fussy parent; he periodically he would like to re-educate and improve them, retouch a reflection to make them better present themselves in the eyes of posterity. Like a true master father of the past, even if proud of his own mixture, he does not delight in the success of creatures but enjoys the contribution they give to art. His creatures .. talking matter! They are not essence but substance, they are an immutable part and principle, they are an ineliminable element, forged and dissolved by fire or projected into the light as floating thoughts express the perfection of nature.
