The carpet from the classic patterns Ninxia I think it was knotted in the first decade of the twentieth century in Central Asia by a people called Hui (Chinese Muslim). The Hui also called Dungan from Tajiks are descended from Muslim merchants who mingled with the local populations.

Delizioso: peccato per quella macchia (?) lungo la cornice secondaria interna che si nota accanto al drago.
